Overview
Lifordi is among the first companies to leverage the success of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) in oncology to develop treatments for autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. Our first ADC program, LFD-200, is in a Phase 1 clinical study for patients with rheumatoid arthritis and topline data is expected by the end of 2026. Lifordi is building an ADC-based pipeline using the same targeting approach with other diverse payloads which may include ASOs, siRNAs, and small molecule inhibitors. As experienced drug developers with expertise in immunology and inflammatory diseases, a strong partnering track record, and funding from ARCH Venture Partners, 5AM Ventures, Atlas Venture, and Sanofi Ventures, we can change how these diseases are treated.
